1. Any materials once is sold,it can not be returned until the expiry of that materials.

2. Payment of any bill strictly to be cleared within 7 days from the delivery of the billed materials,otherwise a late payment charge may be included in the next billing.

3. During the time of delivery quantity and quality(like any damage of the materials) should be checked by the customer.Any claim / complain regarding the aforesaid maters will not be accepted after delivery of the materials.

4. In case of expiry claim of the materials any cash will not be returned to the customer. The customer has to accept the same materials or any others materials (presently in stock) of the same value of credit note and if any amount is exceeded the credit note,it should be paid in cash.

5. In case of expiry claim of any materials (which have been supplied erlier from our end),the value of those materials excluding GST amount that was taken for the same and a specific damage charges will be calculated as the value of those expired materials.

6. All the related bills those were issued from our end,should be produced at the time of expiry return, otherwise an extra 10% of the value of return goods (excliuding GST & specific damage charges) will be involved to get expiry claim and it will be deducted from the value of return goods.

7. The credit note for the damage goods will not be issued until it is not get from the company of those goods.

8. If any unsold materials (which have been supplied erlier from our end) is required to return back to us after seven days from the date of receiving and before expiry of that materials then it will be involved an extra 40% return charges. Hence the value excluding the relevant GST amount that was taken for the goods & 40% materials retun charges, will be adjusted and the adjustment will be given within 3 days from the date of accept the claim from the party.

9. In bulk purchase a special discount is available.

10. Delivery of the materials will be executed within two working days from the day of finalization of the order subject to availability of materials in our stock. In case of emergency delivery an extra charge will be included in the bill as mentioned in the time of placement of order.

11. In case of dishonor of the issued cheque during its clearing period a Cheque bounce charge of Rs.350/- plus applicable GST will be added in the next billing.

12. Any complain related to salesman or deliveryman or regarding other maters associated with our dealings will be accepted through our whatsapp and it should be in written format not in verbal.

13. Return of any damaged or braked or partly used materials are not accepted. The return of only the expired materials (if those were supplied by us) will be allowed.

14. If the shop is closed during the time of delivery then a 2nd attempt of delivery will be taken in the next scheduled delivery date for that market. If that 2nd attampted is failure then that will be cancelled and that order will be declined.

15. To enjoy full access and time to time offer declered from our end full registration is needed.

16. For registration a customer need to fill up an online registration form and it is is OTP based registration.In future full access of this apps will be allowed only from the registered mobile no. as mentioned in the registration form filled by you.

17. Registration to our apps is completely free of cost and there is no any hidden cost for using this apps.

18. Registration of a customer may be hold or rejected any time without any prior notice. Once a registration is cancelled the customer required to follow new registration procedure.

19. Credit facility (not more than seven days) may be available to a new customer after six month of regular business and the authority will allow this facility depending on the business transaction of the last six month.
